Stupidly expensive and way overcharge for the work! $170/hr to add [1] Sprinkler and repair [2]. Total Charge $441.00. Customer service person Monica only asked if I was a 'repeat' Customer and if this afternoon would work. Called to complain about overcharge, Monica argues with Customer, then hangs up?! What Customer Service person does that?! She never quoted price, i.e. $170/hr plus Parts, never would hire for $170/hr labor - they provide sprinkler head repair, not Doctor or Lawyer services? We had our sprinkler system overhauled. They repaired broken heads, adjusted spray to avoid fences and thoroughly water lawn and offered advice on length of watering per zone. Excellent communication. Reasonable rates. Sprinkler system is running extremely well now.

I looked at several sprinkler contractors before hiring Collin County Sprinkler. Their cost was a little higher than others but I believe their materials, design and installation warranted it. I was amazed and pleased with the details they put into the system. The guys were all very informative, knowledgeable and precise.
