Had my sprinkler system installed 4 months ago. Woke up this morning and the street was flooded as the main connection into the green box busted. Called Collin County Sprinkler and the rep said, "We don't have any technicians that do emergency calls...we'll TRY to get to you next week." (Today is Tuesday!) Meanwhile water is gushing onto the street. Lessons Learned: find a company who cares about their customers AFTER the install and they have your money!

Unfortunately the person who answered the phone did not know that we installed his system, she thought he was asking for a billable repair on a system we did not install. In that case we were a week out, once he made it clear to her that it was our system she contacted the right person at our company and we got the repair taken care the same day he called. He must have written this review before we got all this figured out. We take care of our warranty work please read our other reviews and you will see this was an isolated ... read more

So far so good.
So far so good.
The work was done in one day. Although Collin County Sprinkler had to come out two more times to complete the job, it did get done after the plants were installed! And the new controller is very easy to use! Plus no plants have died yet!
