I cryo-ed for the first time today!!!!! It was awesome! Bill showed me all the different treatments they offered and I wish I could spend an entire day with them trying everything!!!! I’ve been having lots of muscle pain since I started back working out and I can tell a huge difference after doing cryo! Can’t wait to do it again!!!

Great facility with even better people! Love doing cryo and normatech after a tough leg workout! Use to hate working out legs because it felt like it would take an entire week just to recover, but now when I do cryo and normatech after I wakeup the next day feeling fully recovered as if I could hit back to back leg workouts!
Collin County Cryo is wonderful! We called initially because my son was suffering from shin splints and some other aches in his legs. We brought him in for targeted cryo and celluma and he started to feel much better. He liked so much we got him a membership. Thanks Holly and Bill!
