Had a torn ligament and tendon in my lower back and was searching for any relief I could find! Collin county cryo was the answer to my prayers! Cryotherapy has given me relief I didn’t think was possible in such a short amount of time! Membership program is a dynamite value!!!! Wonderful family operated business!!! I always love coming here! First they always remember my name when I walk in the door, even if it’s been a while! Second- they are always helpful and willing to answer any questions about any of the services. -perfect way to recover from a heavy leg workout!

Jet lagged and in pain from Rheumatoid arthritis, Holly worked wonders to help me. She listened to my issues and gave realistic advice on what could be achieved in one visit, as I’m just passing through town. Three minutes in the Cryo chamber and I’m refreshed, relaxed, and my swelling in my joints is reduced. I highly recommend Holly and her business and can’t wait till I can stop in again.
