Cryo works! I have tried it several times now and the results are consistent: I sleep through the night, my shoulder/ neck pain goes away, and my mood is elevated. I had a great experience coming here. I came home from college in the midst of a mental breakdown prior to Thanksgiving break and Holly was able to work diligently around other people's schedules to get me in that afternoon! I had a lovely hour massage with Kristi Cross and she helped relieve practically all of my shoulder/back/neck pains which are problem areas for me after 10 years of gymnastics. You're in good hands here!
