I waited one and half hour in checking room and finally I asked if the doctor forget I was in the room. I was mistreated and kicked out off the building by the doctor.

Not affiliated With Collin County at all. Impossible to reach by phone and frequently without a doctor. If you do actually reach a person to make an appointment, the staff is friendly, but not helpful. If you do see the "doctor" it's a Nurse Practitioner who basically refills medication and does not actually manage your illness. NP was very nice, but did not listen or care about the fact that my blood pressure and diabetes were NOT under control at all. All she did was send a request to the pharmacy for 3 months worth of med... read more
