excellent service ,mr freddie was the best sales person ever.
My experience with them waas okay, However, I found out after purchasing a vehicle that one of the tires was defective and another one had a warp in it. I was expeiencing issues of a shaking front end when accelerating of speed over 50 mph. I ended up having to purchase new tires. i will be more thorough about the purchase of my next vehicle.
Excellent service from this dealership. I actually bought this vehicle from then. I received a prompt response (probably within hours of my email to them). The sales rep, Alan, promptly answered my questions and gave me some personal insight into the vehicle (his father owns a similar model). Great cars ...Poor customer service! Went to check out a car I saw online and when I got there the mileage was 20000 more miles than listed and the price was $6,000 more! So I found another great vehicle for cheaper and took it for a spin but the salesman basically ran me off saying since I had negative equity in my current car that there's nothing he could do w/me!! Wow ....ok. Bye!
Dealer was very nice and explained everything to me. I couldn't buy the vehical though because their prices are too expensive.
