I do believe that Mr Jeff Ward has been an A+ salesman and has gone beyond his bounds in making this transition from my 16yrs of not having a car note to helping me establish a vehicle that will give me hope for a brighter future!.. Great car. Salesman were very persistent in trying to sell the car, however, 2 salesman were arguing over the sale and once deal was made over the phone.. Drove 2 hours to make it happen and once filled out all paper work etc the manager came out and quotes me $3500 more than offer on the phone Bc of what he has in it. I have never in my life seen such chaos and a waste of time. I left with no vehicle. They want your business but it was a waste of my time.

My experience with them waas okay, However, I found out after purchasing a vehicle that one of the tires was defective and another one had a warp in it. I was expeiencing issues of a shaking front end when accelerating of speed over 50 mph. I ended up having to purchase new tires. i will be more thorough about the purchase of my next vehicle.
Excellent service from this dealership. I actually bought this vehicle from then. I received a prompt response (probably within hours of my email to them). The sales rep, Alan, promptly answered my questions and gave me some personal insight into the vehicle (his father owns a similar model).
