North American Title doesn't do their job well! They said I had to pay a penalty for their not following up on checking if property were paid. I'll never use them again!
My building has needed various repairs for ages. I have to call and ask 4-5 times before problems get solved and even then it's always a temporary fix. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this place.
