Good Value Lots of space, I just rented here. I came for the school. I found these to be the biggest apartments I viewed in the area and they were very affordable. The service was great and we rented last week. We will be moving next week and we are excited. Shanika is great. I can not comment about maintenance since we do not live there yet but I did not see a lot of problems and it looks pretty well maintained. They are doing a rehab so some of the amenities were not in use but it was the best priced apartment in the area ... read more
