OH, I failed to mention the PEST Control that I have been paying for monthly, yet they have not come NOT once. I have seen roaches, centipedes and other weird bugs. YET NO Pest control. Just move somewhere else to save yourself the trouble. Many extra fees on top of your rent. I have lived at Collier Ridge Apartments for 5 months and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing and concerning. Safety has been a major issue. There has been one shootings during the time I’ve lived here. The front gate is frequently broken, and if it actually worked consistently the community would likely be much safer. Another concern was extremely high sewer charges that residents had to complain about in order to get addressed. After just five months here, I cannot recommend this community.
