Verified Renter So far so good. Outside of my package being stolen, the fact that the gate takes forever to open and close and the security it guarantees is questionable, it’s fine

Verified Renter The experience has been great overall. I do wish that they would pressure wash the buildings more and ensure the garbage company continues to consistently pick up trash on pick up days.

Verified Renter We are still dealing with bugs in our house as the weather gets warmer. The pest control has been here several times. We lose power and water periodically for various reasons. The new billing system for water/trash doubled our bill but we’ve been receiving a rebate. I hope the rebate continues and the billing formula is fixed. Unprofessional and Issues That Pile Up I loved the layout of the townhouse and was super excited when I moved in. My unit was in a back area that hardly received natural sunlight. The heating/cooling units are in the apts and it sounds like an airplane taking off which was extremely disruptive, esp when working from home. The property was fairly looked after.
