We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Iceland tour with our tour guide Greg Hall. His insight and handouts made the trip that much more informative. One cannot describe the beauty that is Iceland, you have to experience it first hand. If I had to say what one thing stood out it would have to be the waterfalls. I think the tour should be changed to Fire and Ice and Waterfalls.

I returned almost a week ago from our Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Park tour. It was as amazing as I hoped it would be - spectacular scenery, beautiful hotels, great food and wonderful company! Our tour guide, Shelly Lowerison was one of the best tour guides I have had on a Collette Tour. She was extremely knowledgeable , well-organized, funny and just all around terrific! Our bus driver Gerard Menard was excellent too! We covered over 1000 miles on this trip but it was well worth it. Loved Glacier National Park, an... read more

This was advertised as a 5 day new york trip but was only 3 days of activities. The breakfast eateries were awful we were given a special cheaper menu. I would NOT recommend your spotlight on new york tour. The hotel was excellent and you should consider having breakfasts there. The Broadway shows were excellent but we had cheaper seats. The dinners provided were good. Also you could consider organising breakfasts at Cafe 53 near the hotel. I was very disappointed

My family and I recently returned from the Shades of Ireland trip with Erin (tour manager) and Nick (driver). Fabulous trip for everyone. The entire trip went off very smoothly. Erin, Nick, and Collette managed all the details, leaving only enjoyment for us. Erin was a great guide - friendly, easy going while keeping the group on time, and very informative. The banter between her and Nick was a hoot (sorry Nick if that gets you in trouble. It shouldn't, the entire group loved it). The itinerary had a nice mix of options and ... read more

Had a wonderful tour to Iceland - Land of Fire and Ice. The Tour Manager, Greg Hall made the tour that much more enjoyable by providing abundant information about the country, people, customs, geography and history of Iceland. Greg provided lots of high quality informational leaflets with information of the topics that he presented on the bus and those leaflets will help me remember what was said. This is really value added that I have not seen other tour managers provide their clients. The activities were as described in th... read more

Shades of Ireland featuring Northern Ireland w/ John Fitzgibbon & Hugo Bradley was phenomenal! We experienced the history and fun of the Emerald Isle w/ two of the greatest locals. It felt like home and was so difficult to leave. We will definitely look to Collette for our next trip. Slainte!

My 8 day People to People tour to Cuba this year was fabulous!! Yamalia is an excellent tour guide. She knew all history of Cuba. She kept our group we'll informed. The Cuban people are beautiful, and their food is delicious. I recently booked a 13 day tour to South Africa next year with Collette. I'm looking forward to another great experience!
