I have rented a property from Collegetown for 2 years now. The property is in horrific condition including mold and pests. I have asked for a lease termination for various reasons, one being the horrible condition of the house, and they denied myself and my roommate. They will charge you an exorbitant amount of money for maintenance that is necessary due to the state of the property. The company is greedy and does not care about their tenants whatsoever.
