Worst place I ever lived. When I moved into my apartment, it wasn't in good condition. AT ALL. Our air conditioning didn't work for the first few weeks of living there and our thermostat constantly said that the apartment was in the high 90's. When I called maintenance he said that he would reorder the broken thermostat and replace it with the new one, only a year later, and that is yet to be fixed. Reasons I regret moving here: 1. The air vents are VERY dirty. There is black fuzz and dirt all over them; it is very gross to think about breathing that in. 2. The windows are not even set in, and they rattle with the smallest wind. They are also very thin, and so you can hear almost anything outside. 3. There are homeless people that dig through the trash cans multiple times per day, and the management hasn't done anything about it.
