Terrible management, dog shit everywhere, crackhead ridden, stolen vehicles, garbage security, cockroaches, constant outages, terrible internet, awful AC units, disgusting washer/dryer room, no fans in living rooms, oh and did I say terrible management? Worst part is complex is called College Town yet it's filled with a bizarre mix of older folks and families who all seem to always be grumpy. LOTS of children live here as well. I enjoyed living in this community. Office people are super nice and patient. They try to solve problems in your apartment as soon as possible. The apartment itself looks big and nice with a reasonable price. The community is very close to the cat train station, so it is very convenient for UofA students to go to school.
I loved living here, and met my husband while attending UofA.
Recently moved in and been having a good experience so far.
There are a few minor things to be worked on however its a great place the prices are reasonable, management is very welcoming and on top of things. I give them a four only because i feel all apartments should have new appliances, and the electrical wiring should be fixed, and management should have residents better take care of their property the smell in some areas outside due to dog poo is not atttactive or welcoming, and the pool can be cleaned more often.
I love living here just wish the pool was more clean and people clean up after their animals and we had better appliances and better cable choices and working electric but i know that part they can't control so im cool awesome place awesome prices. Everyone should look into it...
