Courtesy Nissan of Tampa let me leave the premises with a financed vehicle without showing proof of full coverage insurance. I was involved in a hit an run accident and since full coverage was not on my insurance I am forced to pay for the damages out of pocket. Horrible customer service. Made an appointment, Dropped off my vehicle in the morning. They said 4 hrs max to diagnose my check engine light. I called after 4 hrs and was told it was inside being evaluated. I came back to the dealership at the end of the day and my vehicle was where I left it, and was never looked at.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!I wish i could give them NO stars.Back on June 22nd I bought a 2017 ***** Silverado from McDonough Nissan that I found on their website. I asked if the truck had been gone through and was assured that ALL their used vehicles were thoroughly inspected prior to listing them for sale.When i test drove the truck the check engine was on and they told me they would fix that if I bought the truck. March 28, 2025. I did not realize my son ended up paying $11,000 plus, until today. for a car he had to buy when the car he purchased in January of 2024 had so many problems had to wait over 2 weeks after purchasing to receive the car. There was every excuse, part coming tomorrow, no part, found another problem., etc.Three months later, April 2024, car light went on, took to Tires plus to see whats wrong. I recently purchased a 2005 **** 500 from this location. In less than 25 miles driven and only 20 days owed the alternator and the battery went out. I Believe that the vehicle was not fully inspected before it was sold to me. They did not disclose that the car cold fail and misrepresented the car's condition. Now on top of this they want $1500 for repairs before the car can be released back to me.

************ Found a car to purchase, got approved for the loan. Was asked to make a down payment, sent money and was told they would be getting all paperwork together, call me back to finalize. Didn't hear anything all day. Called back just be told car was sold right before I made a down payment and nobody told me! Was told the car was going to auction, then told someone came in the same day i paid down payment and bought it. Sold my handicap son a car and an extended warranty that we cannot use per warranty company because car has too many miles and we took the car to have it served 2 times for the same issue and they should have found the problem the 1st time but didn't! Now no one will call me back because nobody wants to take responsibility for what they have done and my handicap son can no longer attend classes because he doesn't have a car so he can get his degree and be successful.
