TLDR: I towed my car there due to being told misleading info. Got there and was told I could only trade at their price point which was lower than I was quoted by other car companies. The employees flipped like a switch as soon as I didn’t like the offer they presented me and told me to go else where. Tried to tell GM about experience and was treated the same way.
