This dealership is scamming folks out of money on used cars. They are charging 3k bucks for a paint and interior protection package and saying that it's mandatory and can't be removed. Pretty sure that's illegal since I would never pay 3k for any additions I wouldn't need. College Station Nissan is getting away with scamming thousands from people.

I bought a 2021 ****** and traded in my 2012 titan. I was told the ****** was $21,000.00 and they gave me $8,000.00 for my truck. You would think that would leave me owing $13,000.00 plus tax and title. I asked for the extended warranty, which I was told from the Nissan company, was a little over $2,000.00. College station Nissan charged me over $4,000.00. When I got the paperwork, the total price they charged me for a $13,000.00 was almost $29,000.00 . I have tried to talk to the people and they don't do a thing about it. I... read more

I scheduled a vehicle service with College Station Nissan for an ABS light showing and problems with passenger windows. I received an alert when the work was to have started along with a video. The video only shows the front of my car and license plate, not what would be repaired (unlike what they showed in a previous brake service where a video of the problem was provided). Nissan notified me when my car was ready to pick up. I paid the total amount and after getting in my car while still in their lot, I wasn't able to let ... read more

They advertise a price but the. Switch up if you dont use their financing. They also add features and hide the increase till the end. Bait and switch tactic. Looks like a previous complaint its the same tactic.

We bought a new car in January of 2021, I traded in my car as an additional down payment. Few moths after the sale, we started receiving EZtag and other Toll bills. We contacted college station nissan, they did not care at all about that issue. We were told that the license plates would be taken off. Guess what? They werent. We went on the *** website and reported that the car was no longer ours. So far, so good, right?! Nope. In august we received another bill. Been trying to take care of the issue, however, due to a house ... read more

I would have given this dealership less then one. Online they had the 2022 Nissan frontier listed as 29,700 with 20,000 miles. The next day we found that we actually bought the vehicle for $34,100. When we called the salesman he told us that there was a fee for the 8.9% interest rate. We stayed there a good long time and made them fix the dings and bumper scatches. Oops we missed on that was on us. The salesman tried to tell me that the dings were included in the price. Told him if they fixed it we would buy the car. They al... read more

We traded in a car in January of 2021. Beginning in April/may we started receiving bills from a variety of toll departments. When we contacted the tagtx, they said that the vehicle is still in my name. I called the dealership just to be giving the runaround. Finally they agreed to help. I mailed in a sold vehicle notice to the **** Thought this was the end of it. NOT! A few weeks ago, its now December 2021, I received another **** from a toll company. They said that there is something from the **** but its not clear who the ... read more

Bought a used truck on sat, and traded in a vehicle. Said they would removed the stickers on the back window, but we needed to come back on Monday to pick up the truck. My son went multiple times to Nissan to get the truck. Found stuff needed to be repaired. He scheduled to have the work done Friday. They let him drive off without paper tags. Today, he took the truck back because he doesn't want to get a ticket. They should have had everything ready to go by Monday as promised or not allow the vehicle to leave the lot. I wil... read more

TLDR: I towed my car there due to being told misleading info. Got there and was told I could only trade at their price point which was lower than I was quoted by other car companies. The employees flipped like a switch as soon as I didn’t like the offer they presented me and told me to go else where. Tried to tell GM about experience and was treated the same way. There are way nicer car sales people who will at least try to make the customer comfortable, but I didn't feel that way here. MISLEADING INFO: After explaining the ... read more
