Sara at the front desk was so organized and helpful! She made sure to give me all the options possible and help me decide which was best for me. She was very nice, always knew what she was talking about and ALWAYS willing to answer questions and make you most comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, and not far from town. The apartments were clean and very nice! I highly recommend taking a look�
Your apartment will not be clean when you move in, your windows will not lock and they will not care, if it's not convenient for them it's not happening. Do not rent here. Unorganized, unprofessional and I was VERY disappointed.
I live in a 5 bedroom apartment at College Station this year and in general have no complaints. There were a few issues with the apartment at first, not anything you wouldn't find somewhere else, but the staff was very good about resolving them in a timely manner. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here during college.
