RecommendedCollege station is the best deal in town. The staff are great and so far are doing an awesome job of snow removal. They are on top of almost everything
The staff is incredibly friendly and Sara, the property manager is so easy to work with. I know my best interest is put first here and it was a very comfortable and exciting experience signing with College Station!
College station made it a such easy, comforting, informative experience as a first time renter! Definitely would recommend.
There is not enough good things I can say about the property manager, Sara Gersemehl, and her staff!! She and her staff always greet you a smile and show you the best care. This past week we had a snowstorm that took over our parking lot. But the staff at College Station was out in the early mornings of 2am to plow and didn't stop until it was cleared. Sara was on a 4 wheeler while other employees were on snowblowers and shoveling. Our parking lot was cleared days before any other apartment/housing complexes were cleared. Ca... read more
Sara is a great person to deal with. 6/6 would rent from again.
I've been living here since October and I couldn't love it more. Sara has always been so helpful, whenever my roommates and I go in to talk to her about a problem we have she is always so kind, gives us all of our possible options. We always leave feeling better about the situation � The apartments themselves are amazing and pretty spacious, there's a couple designated pet buildings and I love that I can have my dog here with me. All in all, this is an amazing place to live. I recommend it 100% �
Sara at the front desk is very helpful! She does what she can to make your home the best she can while you're living here! I recommend you live here, it's been a very positive experience this past year and I can't wait to spend the next year here as well!
