I've rented two properties from this management. Property Manager Karen Hausen is very easy to work with. She's readily available to answer any questions and always replies in a timely manner. Communication is A+ She is one of the best I've worked with in my 6 years in Madison!
I spent a year living in one of the one bedroom units. Everything there was great! They accommodated my cat very well. There was an annoying tenant down the hall from me but I thought the office handled it well. The laundry room was great and nothing to complain about. The location is a bit off of campus but the rental price for a one bedroom is great. Thank you for a great year!
