RecommendedNice quiet little complex. Staff is friendly, maintinence is quick, layout is unspectacular but the rooms are nice and spacious.
Good location and staff. Modern/slightly outdated layout nothing too fancy. Tight parking lot with limited options for visitors parking.

Horrible management, not just locally but at corporate level as well. Daughter has lived there since August 2016 and has had too many problems with staff to list, from cleanliness, maintenance, inconsistent office hours, unresponsive management and safety most importantly. Only stayed second year due to price and they got us on early renewal nonsense.Make this your last option!
I love living at College Station! The leasing agents are great, maintenance responds quickly, & it’s affordable! I’d 10/10 recommend it.
