RecommendedIt’s a very spacious apartment and maintenance fixes issues very promptly. Would definitely recommend college station to anyone
I would absolutely not recommend college station. Management is rude and refuses to help residents. Maintinence workers are nice but seem wildly unqualified for the work they need to perform. Maintinence needs to be called multiple times for the same issues because they can't seem to fix it on their own, all the while no specialists are called. The company doesn't care for its renewed residents, apparently no updates are ever given to renewed residents despite new residents recieving new furniture and carpets. There is a MAS... read more
I’ve lived here for two years now and love these apartments! They’re so close to campus and the rooms are huge ! I love it and would recommend it to anyone moving up here for college :)

The people working here are great but the quality of the apartment itself is honestly not suitable for any extended period of time. Theres an insect issue that has not been solved and I've been living here a while.
Staff is super friendly and helpful! Quick maintenance and lot of parking space Never had any trouble while staying here🏽 but yall need to bring back the McCafe Keurig Cups 🧐
