NOTE that this place is closed on Wisconsin Ave. I didn't know, so when I called the day and made an appointment, having called the number listed for the Wisconsin Ave branch, I headed on down there only to find that location is permanently closed. The only location now is in College Park. They need to update this on google and note that it is permanently closed so this doesn't happen. And, they need to tell everyone who calls to make an appointment that the address is in College Park.
Great and Affordable service!!
Cannot emphasize how horrible of an experience we have had with their service department. I have taken my scooter to them 3 times. Each time, the scooter comes back with something broken that wasn't broken before. Each time, they try to charge me more than I was quoted for. Each time, they have had the scooter for 3+ weeks. Just got my Vespa serviced here - they replaced the drive belt and rollers and rear tire. My bike rides like new again, for a reasonable price.
So excited that this location opened up! The service experienced with my purchase was incredibly easy. Sydni assisted throughout the entire process and couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Hopefully all customers at this new location will experience the same that I received! (Also if you buy from them they provide services on all products) 10/10.
