Not only does the frat houses next door party every night, through out the whole night. The apartments are small. Maybe for a one person it wouldn't be bad, but when you have a family growing it is not good. If you are looking for a single person living go for it, but if you have kids and family that loves to visit..no. Never any parking, if you park in the wrong spot you get towed even with a sticker saying you are a resident, and you have to deal with no silence from the bar next door and the frat houses and bars down the ... read more
