Great location. The bus route stops right out front and the walk to FSU campus is about 10 minutes! Clean and great sized with a large bedroom and living room. The kitchen is galley style. Regarding other reviews - no elevator, it is true, however, people know this before they move in, so why complain about something you knew? Nice apartment complex, in the heart of college town area. The apartment has a nice layout, with a generous size living room and bedroom. The kitchen is a convenient galley style, perfect for one person. Management is excellent, pest control is great (never seen any bugs), maintenance requests are met in a timely fashion. Note that a majority of the negative reviews are very old, I imagine management has made many adjustments in the past years. This place sucks. I lived here for one year and it was awful. There is no elevator and I lived on the fourth floor so I had to walk up four flights of stairs every time I came home and down again when I left. Think about how fun that was when I got groceries or wanted to have any decor of any kind. Also laundry is on the bottom floor that meant 6 flights of stairs multiple times every time I did laundry.
