Sent over vaccination records day before then hit me with the “Flu Vaccine” at 7 am drop off for a groom. $80 for a $35 vaccine on top of already too high $92 groom. No thanks. Thought I’d switch from Fall Creek to this place as it’s very close to home but they wouldn’t waive the “free” first exam because I had a dog there 15 YEARS AGO! Evidently they aren’t interested in new business. I offered to pay for the vaccine but certainly not an “exam”.
