I’ve had my Sonata for 8 years and there was a safety recall so I brought it into the service department, the service was done also a general assessment of needed repairs, it took time to make sure of things, all in all I was satisfied with the work and soon on my way thanks guys
I give them one star, because apparently I can't give them zero. I had the worst time! The guy that was helping us was great, but the manager, I believe his name is Fernando, was the most disrespectful man I have ever encounter. He was so upset because my father did not buy a car, he was ranting about us wasting his time!!!! I am sorry, is there something else you're supposed to be doing? This is your job!!!! I came in to the shop today. I was met withn incredibly kind and helpful people from the minute I walked in. Steve McNamee in the Parts department was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help with a new set of keys for my vehicle. It's a pleasant surprise finding such a helpful , genuinely nice individual. I would absolutely recommend College Park Hyundai to family and friends, keep up the good work!
Had a recall on my Sonta and no one didn't even send an email or call to let me know. This was the second time this happened. If it was for me coming in to get an oil change I won't have known. And what's worst it was on the engine.

Customer Service is stellar! In particular Steven McNamee was very helpful, providing honest information and explanations. A hard to find quality! I highly recommend.
Just came in for some small service on my car and was treated with the upmost respect I was very impressed with customer service at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon.
