I went to 3 other dealerships before we stopped at that dealership. Krystian's customer service is outstanding. He was patient, efficient, pleasant and flexible. He took time helping us bring home the perfect car with good price. He spent time showing us the functions of the car. We are very happy with the experience at college Park Hyundai. I would recommend the location and Krystian to my friends.
Usually wait over 2 hrs, even with an appointment. However, this time I was assigned the right representative. Fastest appointment ever. Doesn't try to force unnecessary additional service. Always lets you know their future recommendations for future maintenance considerations.
