Service "Above & Beyond" We came to DC to visit family and our air conditioning died en route from Boston. Ironically my car had been serviced by a local (Boston-area) Acura/Honda dealership with a great reputation and they failed to pinpoint the problem, just saying the compressor was noisy. Do yourself a favor, pass by College Park Honda Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. The first time I went to CP Honda was after I graduated college in '96. I bought a Civic from them that I asked was in an accident or not and was told, "Absolutely not!" I went to my mechanic, he popped the hood and said, "Uh, you do know this car has been repaired from an accident don't you?" I was pissed. STAY AWAY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The Salesman Richard Reddick lied, they said they would meet any written offer, but when it came to it they said "NO", they didn't believe that the offer that I showed them was real, but didn't want into calling anyone a liar. They inflated the Freight Charge to $830 when ALL HONDA'S are $770 for Freight and that is guaranteed by HONDA AMERICA! Most horrible service department ever! If you ever speak to Sharon at Honda College Park do not expect to receive any service at all. She is rude and could not be less interested in helping you. She told me I was not in the system and neither was the brand new car I bought from them. Then she suddenly realized my car was standing right infront of her all along. Liars,. Cheats, Scumbags... Generally, the worst place on earth to buy Do NOT buy any vehicle sold by these yahoos, even if this was the last car dealership on earth.
