Wonderful Staff I have been bringing my Accord there since 2004 and Andre Arnold has been such a pleasure to work with. I am very sad that he is no longer at Honda, but before he left he did introduce me to Kurth Smith. Kurth has done everything possible to keep me informed with what is going on with my vehicle and I feel that he is straight forward and honest. I will continue to bring my vehicle there as long as I recieve the level of service that Andre and Kurth have given me in the past four years.
Lousy Customer Service I first started with College Park Honda about 4 or 5 years ago. Though they were pricey I thought they did decent work. That was until I went in for my 30,000 major tune-up. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and thought that I needed a major tune-up at 30,000(like most cars). I called the day before I went in to price a major tune-up. I was told it was in the mid 300's range. Bad Service i had my worst experience here at this honda deler. I bought my 2002 honda civic from them and at the time of the sale they told me they would give me free life time maintainance but everytime i would go there they would charge me and i told them that the service is free and they asked me to bring the contract and i dont have it with me. they make you wait long time and find something wrong with the car all the time you go there and ofcourse if you get it fixed there they will charge off the roof prices for repai... read more
BEST SERVICE EVER I read these comments and have to wonder if this is the same dealership that I go to!!! I have been servicing my car at College Park Honda for almost 9 years now and have nothing but EXCELLENT service. Kurth and Sharon bend over backwards to take care of my car and even remember me by name as I walk in the door. This is the BEST place to go for service. They are now even open on Sundays for service...which I love!!
College Park Honda is horrible To anyone looking to buy a car in the Washington, DC, Metro Area: Hopefully your experience will be better than mine when buying a new vehicle. honda 30 years of driving Hondas has proven they are good vehicles to own and drive. They are dependable.
Bad business Please go nowhere near this dealership - do not send them an email, do not give them your phone number. They will harass you and lie to you - ANYTHING, to get you in the door and then they will not let you leave until they think they have you. I did not buy a car from them but they continue to call me, telling me that they have "my" car and that I need to just do the paperwork so that their kids can eat. A Bunch of Liars and Cheats- Do not buy/get service here!! I bought a 2002 Honda Accord five years ago from this place.... the thing was built like a piece of total crap-- needed new engine/alternator/power steering pump (within four weeks of buying it brand new)... That was under warranty- thank goodness... When I bought the car, I also purchased the "Free Lifetime Oil Change" which I was led to believe would entitle me to free oil changes for as long as I owned the car... Ok Went here a couple times for oil changes. The service is friendly and efficient. They periodically send out oil change coupons for $20 for oil, lube, and filter. They generally run right on schedule for these routine maintenance appointments. Priced tires as well and they are a bit cheaper than many of the surrounding businesses and in general, would be a good place to go for car service.
