Wow, Im probably one of the longest tenents in College Park Apartments. True there has been maybe 3 different managers while Ive lived here but I truely cannot say I have had any problems as a tenent. The current manager, Tim is very personable, attentive to your needs and respects you as a tenent. He and his assistent Steve are both knowlegable and conduct themselves very professional.

I WENT WITH OUT A TOLIET SET FOR 3 WEEKS. THERE ARE ANTS AND BUGS. I WENT WITHOUT A STOVE FOR 3 MONTHS. MANAGEMENT IS CRAZY. THERE ARE MANAGERS GOING IN AND OUT ALL THE TIME. WE HAVE A NEW ONE EVERY WEEK. THERE FOR AWHILE WE WENT WITHOUT ONE FOR 2 MONTHS. IT IS HORRIBLE AND IM TURNING IT INTO BETTER BUSINESS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK OUT THE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR. BECAUSE COLLEGE PARK IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.
