IT'S TIME FOR THIS PLACE TO HAVE AN UPDATE ON THEIR APPLIANCE BATHROOM TUB AND SHOWER HEADS CABINETS ETC. THERE'S ELDERS WITH HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN'T AND DON'T NEED TO BE INHALING MILDEW FROM ANYWHERE. I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS COMMUNITY HAS NOT HAD AN MAKEOVER SINCE 1985 THEY CANNOT KEEP MAINTENANCE GUYS.

I have a loved one who’s been staying here for almost 3 years and has made plenty maintenance requests only to be ignored. When she finally got someone on the phone, they treated her like a bother because she was asking questions. They won’t fix mold/mildew, she’s been asking to have the exposed wires over her shower covered (which is a huge hazard) and sewage leaks. I honestly don’t know how this business hasn’t been sued or taken to the bbb.
Been here 3 years. So many work orders placed we went almost a year without a property manager. Lease will be up soon I’m moving no washer and dryer connections. Area is quiet I love that and my neighbors stay to themselves but it’s time to go they don’t fix anything I have a bucket rn under my bathroom sink I placed a work order last month.
