Called the "Emergency Maintenance Line" to have someone come over because water was pouring out of the bathroom walls flooding everything. Been two hours and no one has had the decency to call back or come over to check it out. Thank you for the wonderful experience, definitely loved to fight that nasty water from coming in contact with the carpet. Besides this, I love living in here. Can't beat the location.
