They can start by responding to any issues I may have as a resident. I have not received 1 phone call back anytime I was told I would with any issue no matter if it was big or small - I have been calling since a towing issue happened on Saturday and not heard anything back yet, and th etwo people I have talked to were not sure about the rules. No one is ever actually aware or fully informed about what the rules are - I can't wait to move out... I've had terrible issues with people sneaking onto my porch area trying to look f... read more

Spent some time here in a one bedroom with my foster dog. I enjoyed my stay and you really can’t beat the location next to campus.

Terrible customer service!! Awful at completing work orders. Not even sure how my son’s property on NW 1st Avenue passed an inspection. We even had to mow his grass in the past when it was above your knees. And they placed a threatening note on his door because THEIR STAFF misplaced his rental payment/money order. As previously mentioned, the only positive is the close proximity to campus.

You can find somewhere better. The focus seems to be on building new luxury apartments, while the older buildings like ours have mold problems because they are not taken care of. A nice amenity was the pool, but it was filled in to make way for more parking which will go from $25 to $85 a month in the next leasing year.

The absolute worst apartment complex I've had the misfortune of living in.

You must absolutely take a personal tour before you sign a lease. The only pictures we had seen beforehand were renderings that were nothing like the actual units we were shown. The one bedroom and studio apartments we were shown were old and poorly maintained. The young man showing us around was super nice so we didn't want to be rude, but we should have run away!
