I’m a brand new student. I can not believe how unorganized the administration is. Purchasing used books is helpful as they are outrageously overpriced. I went through the book.nv and purchased a used book. Mind you I’m not looking for perfection. However, I do expect it to be in decent condition. After paying over $50 this is how it came to me today. I sent an email explaining how this is unacceptable and they need to either refund me my money or exchange for a better used book that isn’t falling off the binding. What a joke... read more

College of southern Nevada is the worst school and I didn’t even attend due to medical issues and now they won’t give me my transcript for classes I never had there just money hungry

My fathers been in the hospital for the last three months dying of stage five kidney failure I will schedule for classes and could not make it CSN refuses to reschedule or refund my money

More organized administration. Better process for students so learning is the top priority -- NOT paperwork to each and every separate department. The school should be better at this! AND, an assigned student advocate that has time to work with a student. In my case, returning after 20 years from Arizona (which has a MUCH better system). I could go on, but this is a start...

Although I have not attended this institution, I would not recommend it until the school addresses the issue of a Human Behavior professor, Fred Conquest, condoning the murder of legislatures and their families in his public social media comments.

As a recent graduate (Spring 2019) from the Nursing Program, I am extremely frustrated that two weeks after graduation our grad status has not been updated by the Nursing Dept. even though we are supposed to be a “high priority” so that we can take our NCLEX state exam on a timely basis so that we can apply for jobs. UNLV students were already able to take their state exam because their school took care of them. When you contact admin they have no answer and refer you to the registrar who cannot send out our transcripts as t... read more
