Going back to college after a 20 year "hiatus" -- very exciting. Though it's impossible to get around the typical academic bureaucratic nightmare entrenched in red tape, I have found that everyone from Recruitment, to Registrar, to FA, to Returning Students were all willing to give a little time to help and guide in the best way they knew how if you just gave them a little patience.
