How could you suspend my financial aid 1 week before class?!! how am I suppose to have enough time to fix this? absolutely ridiculous !

Horrible institution, staff does not care about their jobs. You are told incorrect information from faculty on a regular basis and then it's to late to do anything about it because no one returns calls or emails, and when you go into the school to get things taken care of no ones there. Financial aid department at this place is the biggest joke I've ever seen, don't even bother. You'd have an easier time going to an art school.

Absolutely disgraceful. You purposely hire incompetent staff that know nothing about financial aid and career programs. The staff will purposely mislead you if you need help and cost you more time and money with classes you don't need. It's taken me 5 years to get a 2 year degree. Plus the staff will lie about classes and programs that are offered And on top of all that once a certain amount of credits is reached you charge students 50% more per semester for classes. So much for being affordable because I'm practically broke... read more

Not happy with the way the Fall 2017 enrollment process worked! Mis communication at the school and the student has to suffer! All paperwork on my end was done and sent in 3 times since April 2017 and classes were dropped because they are behind, when you call in they say there is nothing they can do about it! Something has to change in your processing. I want my class back!!!
