The building is obviously a little old but it is the best deal and lack of headache apartment you can get this close to campus.
College Manor is a fantastic place to live, on the backside of Grand River, across from the MSU Campus. The property manager, Mr. Ed is the upmost professional, working tirelessly for the tenants. I was a commuter, living there on the weekends, while attending graduate school at MSU from 2021-2024. I rented my unit, site unseen, based on ONE conversation with Mr. Ed. The entire College Manor team are outstanding and I highly recommend renting a unit here! FIVE STARS from Dr. Nikki! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ed is such a great guy! The management here is responsive and helpful. I had to sublease my apartment out last year and he was more than helpful to find someone take over my lease. Great communication. Really wish I didn't have to sublease my apartment, the location is perfect, parking garage right next door and next to all the bars. If you want a place thats near all the college life and right by campus this is it.
I loved my apartment college manor so much that I ended up signing for a second year! I loved the style of the apartments. Being an old building, all the apartments have so much character. And you CANNOT beat the location! I never had to walk more than 15 minutes to get to class or to go to the library. It's right in the middle of everything.
