Ive been working at College Manor for about 2 months now and I can happily say that I love my job. Ive met so many great people and have made some amazing friends. Working at College Manor has brought me out of my shell and I am now able to have conversations with all kinds of people. Our residents here are amazing as well. I love College Manor so much that I have signed my lease here for 2016-2017.
Se debe renovar los apartamentos son comodos pero ya el mobiliario muy deterirado , el aire cambiarlo por sistema de persiana que va dentro del cuarto , los ventiladores cambiarlos y mantener mas aseo en toda la comunidad gracias
I've lived in college manor for 2 years now and its been the best decision of my life as far as apartments go. I've bounced around trying out different apartments in Gainesville for the 5 years I've lived here and I finally found one that I can resign with for the remaining time I stay in Gainesville! The apartments are cute, and the locations is right where you need it to be! I can walk to work in midtown, or enjoy the nightlife either there or in downtown with just a few blocks to walk!
