Great area, good looks but very curious.. does anyone else think this place is haunted? Just very strange because the windows will open and books, records, cds will be moved to the floor. Just odd. Other than that, great place!
This is the absolute worst place to live to deal with , they are gonna have a lawsuit on there hands so anyone that want to join in on the negligence of this place amount the many lies that they tell please private msg me
College Manor is an awesome apartment, the location can't be beat! My apartment was perfect on move in day, I didn't have any issues with it. The staff always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They even fed my cat for me while I was away on break!! The price is so cheap for everything you include. A really big plus is the free parking, most apartment complexes charge a monthly fee for parking, but now College Manor!! I recommend to anyone looking for an apartment where they will be treated like family.
The staff is unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. My roommate and I were not notified about a tour in our apartment, which is illegal. After speaking with the staff, I was offered no consolation and they were not apologetic. I will make sure to let everyone I know interested in a College Manor property that they should sign somewhere else.
I live in Gainsville in 1977 ,do this apartments use to be called Colonial Manor? Please let me know. thanks.
