Great staff and affordable apartments. Definitely recommend anyone to move here. Any problems I had, they catered to as soon as possible!
This apartment complex is so bad, that it doesn't even deserve a single star. The apartments themselves are not very bad, but the management and service is terrible, to say the least. No maintenance request is completed before 3 weeks. The office staff is rude, condescending, and even a tad bit racist. I would highly recommend, especially the Indian Graduate Student Community, to NOT sign a lease here. There are many apartments in the neighborhood that are a much better value for money. Shitty ghetto place full of Indians looking for a cheap place to live!
A very good place to live...peaceful, accessible to a couple of bus stops...not too far from the campus...decent swimming pool...the best part being - free parking...and a lot of parking spots..
