Terrible apartments! Their managment and service is garbage! Anytime there is something broken it may take 3-4 weeks to be fixed or it may never happen. Whoever runs this place only cares about just taking your money! Be sure to read your lease(contract) REAL GOOD if you do stay there! After moving out of those crapy apartments turn in laundry card and parking stickers! They will not say they need it back but fine you for it! College Main is a super affordable apartment complex close to campus. The location is great! I love the ladies at the front desk. They really try to help you when there's an issue!! Thank you!
On 5 different occasions we were told on the phone to come in and look at a unit because we were interested. Every time we'd show up they ended up not actually having a unit to show, including 2 times me and my fiance used our linch breaks to come check it out. Needless to say we gave up. They're is obviously a management problem here.
They have tons of bed bugs, cockroaches and squeaky floors. The rooms are extremely small and I can only say everything is substandard. Please don’t live here.
Maintenance is slow but they do fix things. They provide free internet which works okay. But often bicycles get stolen and its not well lit.
I had a good experience living at College Main Apartments. Office staff was always nice with me. William and the rest of the maintenance crew were always good at getting my work orders done quickly. Apartments are close to Northgate, bus routes, and campus.
College Main is a SPECTACULAR place to live! It's close to Campus and just right for my price, defiantly a money saver. Almost any and everything I need is about a 15 minute drive and if I want to dine and unwind, there are plenty of options close around! Recommend this place for anyone looking to lease.
