Slum lords...... poor unresponsive management, false claims by owners, threatening letters misstating lease terms. A/c down or failing more than work 2 months bad, 3 weeks good. They have not paid the maintenance staff since buying the property and fired the prior crew on day of purchase, so staff has all but quit. They talk about making this their flagship property in Tulsa, well the ship is going down and people have been abandoning ship for a while now. Chateau 68

These guys just bought out Chateau 68 in Tulsa Oklahoma. This was about a month ago. Since this recent purchase my wife and I had to move unexpectedly due to the life inconvenience that came with the terrible managers they have provided. We just got AC back, which out of our pocket was a hotel stay for us because our daughter has asthma and can't spend all her time in a 90+ degree apartment. Adriana L., Former Tenant, Hillside Village Apts, Texarkana, Tx May 2017- May 2018 Bad experience renting from the Hillside Village Apts. From bad management to taking weeks to get leaks and plumbing issues fixed. When my lease was up I decided to move out & I gave a written 30 day notice to the manager's assistant. I would not recommend anyone to live at Spanish Rock Apartments. When you place maintenance orders for repairs, management is rude with response. My A.C. unit was out for 2 weeks and I told management, they told me that they sent someone out, and that it was fine...however me and my children has to stay with family because we could not stand the heat. Where do I start moving to Arrowhead Estates was the biggest mistake I have ever made in life So for starters when I first moved to the apartment it was supposed to be on of there newly remodeled units yeah right the water was backed up flooded my entire living area if I took shower. Moved "The Eleanor Apartments" in Oklahoma City just after it had been taken over by Trinity Multi-Family, and I only know because they manager bragged about being able to talk them into keeping her and all her employees on; since they had worked here for 17 years prior, supposedly. Things were decent at first, and then, out of nowhere, they began badgering me with small things like telling me I couldn't change the battery in my truck, "Because it's in the lease and on multiple signs around the property." I have lived here for 3 years this company that's taken over mngmt has really cleaned up this complex! The mngr here gets things done in a professional manner we have in the past had to wait for days upon weeks to get things taken care of now things are addressed immediately! I am so much happier with this mngmt !
