I have experienced what I feel to be unethical practices implemented by Bartlett Crossing Apartments. They are constantly threatening miscellaneous fines and even charged my brother with special needs an extra $150 on his April rent because they could not figure out who was clogging up the septic line from the building he resides in. They have also sometimes violated the "Landlord and Tenant Act" by not repairing things in his home as requested. This is in regards to a Trinity multifamily property in Bentonville, AR - Creekside Clearing (formerly Flagstone Creek Apartments). Do NOT recommend. There are many other complexes that are comparable in price that have better amenities and I'd hope no flooding issues. See below for more details. We live at Ridgewood village in Moore oklahoma. Apt17. 73160. Witch is ran by trinity multifamily homes. We We put 3 letters in to ******** *******. Last one was certified were she had to sign for it. Well the 14 days were up on june22 of 2022.Still we have a cracked window that don't even lock. Refrigerator mechanism don't work. Light is burn out. They are to busy remodeling units that people move out of. Very nice by the way. Plus spoken to very badly. And we have the texts. All cause I was following what the lease said.
Signed a least for the restoration at candlewood owned by trinity multifamily and was notified less than 30minutes before my move in time that they allegedly did a walk through and decided the apartment would not be ready for another 4 days. The management was extremely rude and unaccommodating. They terminated my lease and locked me out of the payment portal. Waiting for my money to get refunded... I've been struggling for 10 months to get the cockroach infestation out of my appliances and kitchen cabinets. I travel for work so the kitchen is never used however I've got roaches crawling everywhere. Offered me a new unit and on the day I was to move was told it was not available . Slumlord
Great company to work for!! I have worked for 2 other property management companies. They are the best. They care about the employees. The benefit package and communication to employees proves it.
Trinity collected a $15k reserve balance from me at contract to hold and has not refunded it or provided transparent final accounting per their property management contract and my written and verbal requests since the relationship ended 2.5 months ago with the sale of the building. They will not respond to my emails regarding this- responsiveness has been an issue all along, especially with their CFO. Instead, these bubbas try to gaslight you if you dare complain. If I could give this place a zero I would. Management above all else is the worst I've ever experienced. Imagine being moved into a mold infested apartment and having to beg for it to be looked at. I've been fighting with my apartment complex in Oklahoma City (The Vines) for three months now due to three different leaks and flooding. Now I have a mold problem, over a period of three months they have repeatedly told me that it wasn't mold it was mildew and they would fix it.
