This outdated institution should be shut down. The staff abused my family member. She was assaulted, denied medical attention and forcibly medicated. College Hospital Cerritos represents a terrible abuse of power. The state needs to investigate what they are doing not only with respect to the treatment of their patients but bilking the insurance companies as well.
