I tried scheduling an appointment 3 separate times with 3 different doctors. Of those 3, I used the LVHN Portal twice and spoke with a receptionist once. All 3 appointments were cancelled with 48 hours notice across a 2 month span. I have full flexibility, so I tried mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I finally asked if there was anywhere else that could see me, and I was directed to the OBGYN off Freemansburg. The obgyn here is quick to give you homework to do without listening to what my wife is actually sayingand wants. On top of this, they are quick to pass you onto another physician there and don't relay info so my wife is stuck wanting answers and to schedule a scan and all they want to do is pass responsibility and not listen!
Friendly, professional, discreet. This office is wonderful and it’s very clean with a nice waiting room.
