I live here and I love it! The events are fun, I like the apartment and the indoor pool is super cool.
Campus commons management staff are the worst ever!!!! It took them a month to fulfill my maintenance request, and I have to put in another request because somehow after they fix the kitchen sink, our washer broke :) oh and also the staff thinks I'm stupid because they're trying to tell me that Avista is not their provider anymore, and they use another company to do their electricity charges. I have lived here since August of last year and to get anything done by maintenance is a complete hassle. You have to basically prove that you did not cause it in any way or they will not do it, or drag it out for months. Like right now, it has been a month since I sent in a work order saying the light for the stairwell outside has been out, and no response to the work order, to the messages to the complex, anything.
It took over a year to get working internet. After relentlessly asking the office for help they didn't even wait until the door closed to talk about me and how absurd it was to ask for internet. BTW it's included in your fees regardless of if it works or not.
The crew at campus commons is hard at work changing things for the better. I'm treated with respect and kindness every time I need asistance.
I LOVE THIS COMPLEX! Awesome staff, spaceous living, perfect distance away from campus but not too far of a walk or ride the super convenient buses and stops near the apartments. These apartments and the management rocks!! Highly recommend!
