Avoid at all costs. Liars- from the sketchy looking duo who run the place (dirty, unkempt), all the way to corporate in California. We were told things verbally and took them at their word. Nope. Lies. All lies. When we went ”home” for the summer, they moved our stuff out for a ”renovation”. For one, stop breaking every tenant law imaginable... also, hold people who work for the company and make "verbal" agreements to younger college students, change lease terms, blatantly lie about the lease terms, disrespect and discriminate minority students and say "I have a law degree" (no names RANDALL- which by the way is irrelevant and threatening to the tenants family member who was just asking challenging questions out of frustration given the run around) and then up the rent via phone (NO NAMES MADIE). RecommendedReally nice apartment complex. Managers are really nice, helpful and attentive. Whenever I had heavy packages they would always help me carry it up to my apartment on the top floor, I didn’t even have to ask! They responded and fixed to my clogged sink issue within the day. But the cherry on top is that they are pet friendly no matter what breed or size, I lived here with my hamster and we would totally 10/10 live here again!
This is the worst place to live. Don't move here if you want any safety and privacy, if you want a studio or one-bedroom unit (they will lie and force you to live with roommates), and if you want a landlord who treats you with basic respect. Had a set move in date and the apartment wasn't even finished. The deck was rotting and there were holes in the walls. Washer and dryer were outside and the cabinet knobs were taped on. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. If no stars was an option it's what it would get.
Randall & maintenance crew are awesome. We had an issue with the hot water tank - they were so attentive ! they were here periodically throughout the day to help make sure we were able to have our hot water back as soon as possible. they were so helpful & kind !!

Yeah not impressed at all !! the people in the office are great people but the priorities here are messed up !!! like how so many people cant get their cars out because no one has plowed or put de icer down . show me where the stuff is to do it and I will do it my self if you cant pay someone for 20 minutes to lay some salt or rock down . but no people have to have co workers come pick them up because they cant get they're car out of the parking lot they pay money to live at !! just super lazy and un professional. even have ... read more
The management is terrible and the apartments are not worth what you’re paying for. When we moved in it was completely trashed and dirty. It takes forever for things to get fixed, and mold grows everywhere there’s the slightest bit of moisture. They got new management so it might get better, but I still wouldn’t recommend.
