Every time I see Dr. Vanderkolk it is a pleasant experience. She is attentive and caring. She is good at answering my questions. She listens and answers my questions in a considerate way. The only thing that could be better is how many days she is available.
She listens, asks questions, takes the time to understand your issues.
Dr. Vanderkolk will take the extra necessary steps to help take care of my headaches. She is deeply concerned for my well-being annd it’s always a very positive experience at my visits.

This office is a MESS. Refused to fill out paper work for short term disability after being sent the forms and reached out to multiple times. Lies to her physicians nurses luckily we had proof to prove she did say what she said to us . Physicians nurses are clearly not allowed to do basic tasks as we are constantly waiting for doctors approval on paperwork for RELEASE OF INFO. Like come on. She always has bedside manners. She takes as much time as you need asking questions and answering them. Very patient
Dr. Vandercault is spectacular. She is patient, personable and professional. Highly recommend
I have not seen her because I wasn't able to get an appointment even with a physician referral. Her Ascension profile states that she sees patients with cerebral palsy. After a couple of weeks and reaching out to my PCP again for assistance with her office, someone there called me back and said she does not see patients with CP and argued with me that it was on her Ascension profile.
I’ve been coming there for many years now and never felt anything but cared for.
