Falsified my medical records, citing things which she did NOT palate, including abdomen, and lymph nodes, thyroid, etc. She listed specific body systems,which she did NOT evaluate, including skin tumor. She did NOT even auscultate heart/lungs; she merely charted these "findings" on my annual. Horrible. If you are a new patient considering this doctor, don't. She only works part-time, and no one tells you that when you sign on with her. You can not ever get an appointment her. Instead you have to see the nurse practitioner. Today, I arrived for my annual check-up with the nurse practitioner at 9:03am for my 9:00am appointment. Never follow up on important things needed by patient. Act like they could care less! Been trying since December to get a release for surgery i need. No response!
