Horrible. If you are a new patient considering this doctor, don't. She only works part-time, and no one tells you that when you sign on with her. You can not ever get an appointment her. Instead you have to see the nurse practitioner. Today, I arrived for my annual check-up with the nurse practitioner at 9:03am for my 9:00am appointment. Never follow up on important things needed by patient. Act like they could care less! Been trying since December to get a release for surgery i need. No response!
Dr. Donahue has been my doctor for several years. In short, she is amazing. She has carried me through lots of health issues and done so with compassion, knowledge that is second to none, she is also a great person. I highly recommend her !!!
Zero stars if possible...the WORST staff! I had an appointment on 8/29 with Dr. Abby Hewitt (Nurse Practitioner). I advised her that ALL my prescriptions needed to be refilled. Not once did she indicate that was an issue, especially since she's filled them previously. When I arrived at my pharmacy, only one was available.
